「夢百笑」 焼芋革命 揚げ蜜芋皮なしスティック3袋 / 安納芋 さつまいも

焼芋革命の揚げ蜜芋は、全て皮を剥き、太切りにカットしたものをプリフライしして冷凍した商品です。予め低温で短時間プリフライしていることで、後の加熱調理が短くてすみます。 凍ったままの物を1～2分程度揚げていただくことで、外がカリッと仕上り、中かがしっとり甘～いスイートポテトが楽しめます。またフライ以外にも、フライパンで少し多めの油で軽く焼く、オーブントースターでもOK、アルミホイルを敷いた上に凍ったまま乗せ過熱、電子レンジではラップをかけずにチンするだけでOK。またホットケーキミックスなどにカットしたものを混ぜて焼き上げると、さつまいもケーキにアレンジや、フライパンで飴ダレを絡ませれば大学芋風にも簡単アレンジができます。甘みのあるフライドｽﾃｨｯｸなので、レモンジャムなどもお勧めです。
