そばのお召し上がり方
①大き目の鍋にたっぷりのお湯(3L以上)を沸騰させて、そばをほぐしながら入れ、強火で2分茹でてください。(お好みの硬さになるように茹で時間を調整してください。)
②茹で上がりましたら、手早くざるにあげ、流水でぬめりを取ります。氷水にさらしますと、さらにコシが強くなります。

ざるそばの場合
①添付つゆに記載の割合で、お好みの味加減になるように水で薄めてください。
②冷たいつゆにねぎ、のり、ワサビなどのお好みの薬味を添えてお召し上がりください。

かけそばの場合
①添付つゆに記載の割合で、お好みの味加減になるようにお湯で薄めていただき温めてください。
②水切りしたそばを再度湯通しして温めた後に、湯切りをしてつゆの入った丼に盛り、お好みの具材と一緒にお召し上がりください。
・直射日光、高温多湿を避け、常温で保存してください。
・同じ製造工程で、やまいも、卵、ごまを含んだ製品を生産しております。
・原材料名においてアレルギー疾患のある方は充分にご注意ください。
・調理の際に熱湯を使いますので、やけど、ふきこぼれなどには充分にご注意ください。
麺の表面に付着している白い粉は打粉(でんぷん粉)です。

・麺と同封の脱酸素剤は食べられません。又、茹でる際は混入しないようお気を付けください。

Hemos creado un juego de 10 porciones de auténtico Shinshu soba comercial de gran valor, que es popular en tiendas especializadas en soba y restaurantes de todo el país.
Cómo disfrutar la soba
① Hervir abundante agua caliente (3 litros o más) en una olla grande, agregar los fideos soba y hervir a fuego alto durante 2 minutos. (Ajuste el tiempo de ebullición para obtener la firmeza deseada).
② Una vez que esté hervido, escúrrelo rápidamente en un colador y retira la baba con agua corriente. La exposición al agua helada la hará aún más masticable.

En el caso de zaru soba
① Diluya con agua según las proporciones que figuran en la sopa adjunta al gusto deseado.
② Disfruta de la sopa fría con tus condimentos favoritos como cebollas verdes, algas y wasabi.

En el caso de Kakesoba
① Diluir con agua caliente según las proporciones indicadas en la sopa adjunta al gusto deseado y calentar.
② Vuelve a hervir la soba escurrida para calentarla, luego escúrrela y sírvela en un bol con sopa y disfrútala con tus aderezos favoritos.
- Evite la luz solar directa, las altas temperaturas y la humedad y guárdelo a temperatura ambiente.

How to enjoy soba
