熊野本宮に伝わる製法を受け継ぎ、釜でもち米を炊き、半搗きに仕上げ、自家製つぶ餡をふんわり包みました。「粒々」と「もっちり」の両方楽しめる独特の食感が人気の秘密です。たっぷり搗きこんだよもぎが香る「よもぎ」、ぷちぷちとした食感も楽しい「古代米」、釜炒りの熊野番茶で炊いたもち米にくるみの存在感の「くるみ」。３つの味が楽しめるセットです。

Heredando el método de fabricación transmitido en el Santuario Kumano Hongu, el arroz glutinoso se cocina en una olla, medio machacado y esponjoso, envuelto en pasta de frijoles triturada casera. El secreto de su popularidad es su textura única que le permite disfrutar tanto de texturas granuladas como masticables. "Artemisa" tiene el aroma de artemisa bien molida, "Arroz antiguo" tiene una textura masticable agradable y "Kurumi" tiene la presencia de nueces en arroz glutinoso cocinado con bancha Kumano asado en caldera. Este set te permite disfrutar de tres sabores.

Following the traditional method handed down at Kumano Hongu, glutinous rice is cooked in a kettle, semi-pounded, and then softly wrapped in homemade bean paste.
