カナダを中心とした海外の大自然の中で育った馬達が熊本阿蘇の雄大な自然の恵みと、独自の肥育・餌により仕上げられた新鮮な馬刺しとユッケの詰合せです。
馬刺しの場合、真空パックの状態で冷蔵庫で半日かけてじっくり解凍。すぐ食べる場合は、真空パックのまま15分～30分流水に浸しスライスして下さい。
スライスは肉目(肉の繊維)に垂直に切ります。(2～3ミリを目安)
馬刺し専用醤油にすりおろした生姜や玉ねぎスライスまたは小ねぎやすりおろしたニンニクにてご堪能下さい。
ユッケの場合は、真空パックのまま流水に浸して3～5分。付属のタレとあえてご賞味下さい。

Se trata de una variedad de sashimi y yukhoe de caballo frescos elaborados con caballos criados al aire libre, principalmente en Canadá, y las magníficas bendiciones naturales de Kumamoto Aso, así como nuestros métodos únicos de engorde y alimentación.
En el caso del sashimi de caballo, descongelarlo bien en el frigorífico durante medio día envasado al vacío. Si quieres comerlo de inmediato, remójalo en agua corriente durante 15 a 30 minutos mientras aún lo envasas al vacío y luego córtalo.
Cortar las rodajas perpendiculares a la fibra (las fibras de la carne). (Apunte a 2 a 3 mm)
Disfrútelo con salsa de soja hecha especialmente para sashimi de caballo, jengibre rallado y rodajas de cebolla, o cebollas pequeñas y ajo rallado.
Para el yukhoe, remójelo en agua corriente durante 3 a 5 minutos mientras aún está envasado al vacío. Pruébelo con la salsa incluida.

This is an assortment of fresh horse sashimi and yukhoe made with horses raised in the great outdoors, mainly in Canada, and the magnificent natural blessings of Kumamoto Aso, as well as our unique fattening and feeding methods.
In the case of horse sashimi, thaw it thoroughly in the refrigerator for half a day in a vacuum pack. If you want to eat it right away, soak it in running water for 15 to 30 minutes while still vacuum-sealing it, then slice it.
Cut the slices perpendicular to the grain (the fibers of the meat). (Aim for 2 to 3 mm)
Enjoy with soy sauce specially made for horse sashimi, grated ginger and onion slices, or small onions and grated garlic.
For yukhoe, soak it in running water for 3 to 5 minutes while still vacuum-packed. Please try it with the included sauce.
