1　お湯を沸かす…鍋にお水400ccを加え沸騰させます。
2　麺をゆで、スープと基だしを加える…沸騰したお湯に麺をほぐし入れ、15~20秒茹でたら火を止め、スープと基だしを加えよくかき混ぜる。
3　(からかの場合)からか味噌と辣油を入れてできあがり…鍋から丼に移し入れ、からか味噌と辣油を加えて完成。薬味はお好みで。
　※からか味噌と辣油はあらかじめお湯で袋ごと温めておくと、より美味しくお召し上がりいただけます。
