2020年食べログ洋食『百銘店』に選ばれた黒毛和牛一頭買いの洋食店「ＲＥＶO」。レストランメニューとして提供しているエビクリームコロッケを太田創一オーナーシェフ監修の下、忠実に再現しました。プリプリのエビの食感がオリジナルのクリームコロッケの具とマッチして絶妙な食感を醸し出します。オーナーシェフ独自のレシピで風味抜群。

``REVO'' es un restaurante occidental que compra carne entera Kuroge Wagyu y fue seleccionado como una de las ``100 tiendas famosas'' de Tabelog Western Foods de 2020. Las croquetas de crema de gambas que ofrece la carta del restaurante han sido fielmente recreadas bajo la supervisión del propietario y chef Soichi Ota. La textura de los camarones regordetes combina con los ingredientes originales de la croqueta de crema para crear una textura exquisita. Excelente sabor con la receta original del chef propietario.

The shrimp cream croquettes offered on the restaurant menu have been faithfully recreated under the supervision of owner and chef Soichi Ota. The texture of the plump shrimp matches the original cream croquette ingredients to create an exquisite texture. Excellent flavor with the owner chef's original recipe.
